Karb AI is currently in a private beta. Access is allowlisted (invite-only).
Billing & Payments
Billing is handled via the Stripe Customer Portal. Use the portal to update your payment method, view invoices, and manage your subscription.
Step by Step Instructions
- Log in to your Karb AI account
- Navigate to Settings from the left sidebar
- Click on Billing
- Select Manage billing
- You will be redirected securely to Stripe's billing portal
- In the billing portal, click add payment method
If you can't access the portal or need help beyond what's available there, contact us at support@karb.ai
Private Beta Access
Because Karb AI is in private beta, you may not be able to sign in unless your account is on the allowlist. If you believe you should have access (or you were invited) but can't log in, email us at hello@karb.ai.
