User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data held by Karb AI.

Karb AI provides this page for users who want to request deletion of data associated with their use of the platform, including where they have connected their account through Meta.

About Karb AI

Karb AI uses Meta login and related Meta platform access, where authorised by the user, to provide advertising insights, reporting, and recommendations.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please email us at privacy@karb.ai.

To help us locate your account, please include:

• Your Karb AI account email address
• Any other information that may help us identify your account
• Your Meta app-scoped user ID, if known and relevant

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before processing your request.

Timing

We will respond to valid deletion requests without undue delay and normally within one calendar month.

In some cases, where a request is complex or we receive multiple requests, we may extend the response period where permitted by applicable law. If we do, we will let you know within the initial response period.

What We Will Generally Delete

Where applicable, we will delete personal data associated with your Karb AI account, which may include:

• Account and login related data
• Onboarding and profile data
• Connected Meta account and authorisation related data held by Karb AI
• Reports, recommendations, and related outputs associated with your account
• Other personal data we no longer need for the purposes for which it was collected

What We May Retain

We may retain limited information where necessary to:

• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
• Maintain tax, accounting, or transaction records where required by law
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or other unlawful activity

If your payment information was processed by Stripe, Stripe may retain certain records in accordance with its own legal and regulatory obligations and privacy practices.

Revoking Meta Permissions

You can also remove Karb AI's access to your Meta account through your Meta settings. This will stop future access by Karb AI through Meta, but it may not by itself delete data already held by Karb AI.

If you want Karb AI to delete data already associated with your account, please email privacy@karb.ai separately.

If We Cannot Fully Comply

If we are unable to fully comply with your deletion request, we will explain why and, where applicable, inform you of any further rights available to you.
